The LPW is aimed at protecting labor rights and promoting professional careers of women in the spheres of business, science, education, public administration and mass media in Ukraine.
The LPW supports its members in their career development by:

providing information exchange and permanent collaboration between all LPW members;

extending links through LPW presentation/membership in different business organisations, NGOs and governmental bodies;

continuing education and improving professional skills of LPW members, through trainings in Ukraine and internships abroad;

working in close collaboration with international women and professional organisations through mutual international projects.
