Mentorship focus on NGOs
 Ms. Valentyna Legka, is a Board member of the “League of Professional Women” (LPW) and Executive Director of Ukrainian Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors (UFPAA).
She has experience in government sectors managing programmes in Ukraine for the World Bank Group and received the World Bank "Award for Excellence" for outstanding achievement as manager of the Ukrainian Technical Project of IFC. She has experience in managing large teams, budgets and interacting with government, the public, NGOs, international organizations, institutions, and state officials at the national and regional level. Valentyna has expertise is in policy and strategy development to expand economic opportunities for women, including policies to support of female SMEs, co-founder of the Community. She is co-author of the study on Regulation in the field of accounting and auditing in the EU and prospects for adaptation of Ukraine.
