Mentorship focus on social research
 Dr. Olena Lazorenko is a Ukrainian researcher and holds the position of Senior Researcher at the H. Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv, Ukraine. She is President of Ukrainian NGO “League of Professional Women” and co-founder & leader of the country’s “Female Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Community by LPW”. Olena founded and ran a service on academic entrepreneurship for 16 years, which was sold to new owners in the spring 2017. In 2018 conducted analytical research on adult learning policy in Ukraine and continuing advising support for the Ministry of Education and Sciences of Ukraine on this issue. She has a background in political and social sciences and management from Ukrainian and Western Universities as well as business trainer`s certifications from four international institutions.
