 Valentyna is current action LPW Business Coordinator under LPW Board and the Executive Director of the Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Ukraine (UFPAA). She served as IFC Ukrainian Technical Project Manager and received World Bank Excellence Award for Outstanding Achievement. She has experience managing large teams, budgets and interacting with government, the public, NGOs, international organizations, agencies and civil servants at the national and regional levels. Valentina has experience in developing policies and strategies to expand economic opportunities for women, including policies to support women in small and medium enterprises.
She co-founder Female Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Community under LPW, which started in 2018 in Ukraine. She is the co-author of a study on regulation in the field of accounting and auditing in the EU and the prospects for adaptation of Ukraine.
