Dear partners,

KPMG in Ukraine starts a survey Working Women in Ukraine (2017) and invites you to participate in this project. 

This second online survey initiated by KPMG in Ukraine is aimed at analysis of the following variables as macro-level enablers empowering women in the workplace in Ukraine:

1.    The amount of decision-making authority that lies at the disposal of both men and women leaders in accordance with roles in an organization

2.    The extent of professional and/or career development opportunities available to women executives as compared to that available to their male counterparts

3.    Skills which working women should develop to achieve more

4.    Opinions on how working women balance private life and career


Respondents are women with working experience in Ukraine.

Your views are very important to us and we thank you for taking time to complete this questionnaire from KPMG in Ukraine. All replies will be treated in strict confidence. The results of the survey will be analyzed and presented in an aggregated format, and neither you nor your company will be mentioned as having participated in the study.
