How women can register their membership– individual or associate – in the League or how a man can become an LPW consultant?

1. Visit LPW website www.lpw.kiev.ua/membership, fill out the form and email it or file  a request at lpw@iatp.org.ua

2. Contact Olena Lazorenko, LPW President (tel./fax: (044) 253-9132 ) or one of LPW Board members to set up the date for an interview, and discuss membership fee and to be mapped into the internal network.

3. Pay ANNUAL  LPW membership fee of 200 UAH ($40)for members, 1200 UAH ($240) for consultants ( LPW account № 260020013323541 in Podilsky division, KMF AKB Ukrsocbank МФО 322012, Code ЗКПО is 25194086, mentioning "Membership fee" on the receipt.  Please send the copy of your payment to Lazorenko Olena , Kyiv 01021 P.O. Box 27.
